2. What is the promo period?

   Promo and selling period is from:

   • February 20, 2026 - 10AM to 12NN: Exclusive to Metrobank World Mastercard and Metrobank Travel Signature Visa only | 1PM to 8PM: Open to all Metrobank credit and debit cardholders.

   • February 21 to 22, 2026 - 10AM to 8PM: Open to all Metrobank credit and debit cardholders.

   Note: Some merchants might implement cut-off time to accommodate questions and bookings of the all the customers.

GENERAL MECHANICS:

1. The incentive cost equivalent is VALID in conjunction with any ongoing promos.

2. A cardholder and transaction/s will be disqualified from the promo if his or her Metrobank credit card becomes past due, delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated before the release of the cashback. If the cardholder does not pay for his or her balances because of his or her concern/s Metrobank will not be liable on the accrued charges to his or her accountMetrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the incentive but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the token code shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

3. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the incentive but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cashback shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

4. All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.

5. The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.

6. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.

7. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, senior citizens / persons with disability can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 / Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, if applicable, whichever is higher.

PROMO MECHANICS:

1. The Promotion is open to all visitors of The Metrobank Travel Fair regardless if they have a Metrobank credit or debit card. The FREE treats will be available to 500 customers per day only via randomizers from February 20 to 22, 2026, 10AM to 8PM only at the Glorietta Activity Center.

2. Qualified visitors who choose the right suitcase can enjoy and get win 1 pc. Chicken McDo with Rice and Medium Drink. Awarding of the eGC will be randomized by the Giftaway system.

3. How to Avail:

   a. In The Metrobank Travel Fair, customer will need to scan the QR codes posted within the Glorietta Activity Center.

   b. The QR code will lead the customer to the Metrobank One Giftaway Website and will need to enter his or her Philippine-based mobile number. From there, customer will need to search for “2026 The Metrobank Travel Fair” in other promos section and enter again his or her Philippine-based mobile number

   c. Customer will see the Play the Travel Fair Game which will show the suitcase game. Customer will choose the right suitcase to get the reward.

   d. If the customer got the correct suitcase, the associated eGC will be displayed on the game screen. The winning customer will also receive a notification via SMS.

4. How to Join the Raffle:

   a.    b. Customer will see the Metrobank credit card Offer and must enter the following information which are stated in the charge slip or booking reference.

   • Approval Code / Booking Reference

   • Transaction Amount

   • Transaction Date

   • First 6 Digit and Last 4 Digit of Metrobank credit card used

   • Merchant Name

   c. After entering the information needed, customer will need to click Submit. A confirmation SMS will be sent to the cardholder if the transaction is successfully submitted in the website.

5. The electronic raffle draw will be on March 3, 2026, Tuesday and will be virtually held with the presence of a Department of Trade, Giftaway and Metrobank representatives. Winners will be announced via Metrobank Card’s social media pages and will be notified via e-mail or call-out by Metrobank representative.

6. By completing the #4 mechanics, the cardholder agrees that his or her personal information shall be subject to confidentiality, data privacy and other terms and conditions of Metrobank’s service provider, Giftaway.

7. Winners may only win once. Winners of the raffle draw must present and provide the following to claim the prize:

   • Signed and notarized Quit Claim provided by Metrobank

   • One (1) valid and unexpired Government ID. The address in the Government ID must match the address stated in the Metrobank system.

   • Qualified Metrobank credit card

   • Notarized and signed authorization letter, if a representative will claim the price on behalf of the winner.

8. The 20% tax for prizes exceeding to PHP 10,000 will be shouldered by Metrobank.

9. Terms and Conditions of the Travel Voucher:

   a. After receiving the fully signed and notarized Quit Claim from the winners, Metrobank will send a notification to the winners within 10 banking days and he or she must provide the preferred travel date between April 15, 2026 to March 14, 2027, except Holy Week and December 20, 2026 to January 5, 2027. If the customer prefers to use the travel voucher on the blackout dates, customer may do so as long the difference of the cost will be shoulder by the customer. The winners should inform Metrobank on when he or she wants to use the travel voucher within 60 calendar days only. Otherwise, the travel voucher will be forfeited and transferred to the back-up winner/s.

   b. Once confirmed with the dates, Metrobank representative will endorse the name and contact details of the winners to Metrobank travel agency partner who will process the travel voucher. The customer agrees to provide his or her personal information to the said travel agency.

   c. Economy class flights are non-changeable, non-refundable, and non-transferrable once ticketed.

   d. Flights shall be delivered by international carrier/airlines as available and is applicable to Manila-Incheon (South Korea)-Manila flights only. Changing flight route is not applicable.

   e. No re-booking or change of dates will be allowed beyond the travel period and travel package will be accommodated.

   f. Only the cost of the flights and hotel accommodation will be covered. Other costs and expenses related to travel such as but not limited to passport, travel visa processing, room incidentals, additional baggage cost beyond the allocated baggage weight, terminal fees, and incidental expense is excluded in the travel voucher and shouldered by the winner.

   g. All other ancillary cost, except those stated above, incurred by the winner will be the responsibility of the winner.

   h. The winner shall be responsible for any (if any) additional costs and/or other incidental expenses which may be incurred as a result of and/or related to the winner’s claiming and/or acceptance of the prize.

   i. Air fare and hotel accommodation will be depended on the approved trip package by Metrobank and must be within the P130,000 cap. Customer will not have option to change the location of the airfare and the hotel accommodation.

   j. The dates of flights and accommodation shall be approved and determined by Metrobank. Prizes are transferrable but not converted to cash and cannot be replaced with other items/services. No rebooking, change of dates beyond the said package will be accommodated once ticketed. All flights and accommodation are non-change-able, non-refundable, and non-transferable once ticketed.

   k. The winners should use his or her Metrobank credit card for the entire trip as along as the establishments can accept cards. The winners should provide travel photos to Metrobank within 15 calendar days after the trip.

   l. By claiming the prize, the winner grants Metrobank the exclusive permission to use and disclose personal information and photographs and videos in connection with this promotion for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use on TV, Radio, Website, or social media pages.

10. Terms and Conditions for Cashback What You Spend

    a. After receiving the fully signed and notarized Quit Claim from the winners, Metrobank will credit the cash rebate to cardholder’s account with highest spend within 60 calendar days. The description will be: 2026 TMF-Manila: Cashback What You Spend

    b. The maximum cash rebate is capped at PHP 100,000. If the spend of the winner is less than PHP 100,000, Metrobank will credit the actual amount of the spend of the cardholder. If the spend is greater than PHP 100,000, Metrobank will credit a maximum amount of PHP 100,000.

11. “Qualified and Valid Transactions” includes all transactions from any participating merchants during The Metrobank Travel Fair from February 20 to 22, 2026 only with at least PHP 10,000 minimum single-receipt spend, regardless if its straight retail or 0% installment or Shop Now, Pay Later.

12. “Non-Qualified Transactions” includes all transactions and merchants that are not in the participating merchants of The Metrobank Travel Fair.

13. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to key-in the correct information in the Giftaway website. Metrobank will not be liable if the information is not correct and accurate. Invalid and inaccurate transaction will be forfeited and cannot participate in the raffle.

14. Employees of Metrobank and agencies associated to the fair including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join.

4. The promo is exclusive to Metrobank Mastercard credit cardholders only.

5. To qualify for the promo, a principal cardholder must have his or her mobile number updated in Metrobank’s database and is required to register in the promo. No or late registration means no cashback will be credited to cardholders’ account.

6. How to Join and How to Register in the Promo:

   a. Metrobank Mastercard credit card customers with at least PHP 10,000 minimum single-receipt spend will need to visit the One Giftaway Website (https://metrobankcard.mymcc.gift), enter his or her Philippine-based mobile number and search for “2026 The Metrobank Travel Fair Manila” in other promos section.

   b. Customer will need to enter again his or her Philippine-based mobile number and register in the promo to get the PHP 1,000 Giftaway eGC. A successful SMS will be sent to the cardholders’ mobile number after successful registration. No successful SMS means the registration is not successful.

   c. The site is for registration purposes only. The eGC will be sent to the qualified and registered customers 30 business days after the end of the promo period.

   d. After 30 business days, the qualified eGC of the cardholder will be reflected in the same site and customer must redeem the eGC within 60 calendar days.

7. By completing the #6 mechanics, the cardholder agrees that his or her personal information shall be subject to confidentiality, data privacy and other terms and conditions of Metrobank’s service provider, Giftaway.

8. If a cardholder changes and/or updates his or her mobile number after successful transaction, the eGC of the cardholder will NOT be automatically transferred in his or her new mobile number. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to inform Metrobank by calling our Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700 that he or she changes and/or updates his or her mobile number and would like to move the eGC in the new mobile number.

9. To avail of the promo, a principal cardholder must register from February 20 to 22, 2026 and must follow the registration process stated in number 6 promo mechanics. A successful SMS will be sent to the cardholders’ mobile number after the successful registration. No confirmatory SMS means the registration is not successful. Metrobank will only acknowledge a successful registration if the principal cardholder received the successful SMS.

10. A registered cardholder will earn an eGC for his or her qualified transaction/s once registration is successful. Transaction/s made before the successful registration as long as registered within the promo period will qualify for an eGC.

11. Supplementary cardholder/s is/are automatically registered once the principal cardholder has successfully registered for the promo. Transaction/s made by the supplementary cardholder/s will be included in the primary cardholder’s transaction/s.

12. By completing cardholders’ registration, he or she agrees that his personal informational shall be subject to confidentiality, data privacy and other security terms of Metrobank’s service provider, Giftaway.

13. The promo and eGC entitlement is based on a customer level. Multiple Metrobank credit cards under the same customer number will be considered as one unique cardholder. Qualified and transactions made by supplementary cardholder/s and/or other Metrobank credit card/s (if any) which share the same customer number will be combined in the number of entitled cashback.

14. The qualified cardholder who reached the required minimum spend during The Metrobank Travel will receive an SMS notification once they are qualified for a reward. The cardholder must visit https://metrobankcard.mymcc.gift and click on 2026 The Metrobank Travel Fair Manila to claim the reward and view the eGC.

15. A P15 transfer fee for e-wallet redemption shall apply on a per redemption basis. Transfer fees will be shouldered and charged to the recipient’s e-wallet account. Safekeeping of the eGC is the cardholder’s responsibility. Giftaway and Metrobank will not be responsible for mishandling or negligence of the eGift.

16. The redemption period is from April 1 to May 31, 2026 only. All unredeemed token code/s will be forfeited after the expiration date indicated in the SMS and self-help tracker.

17. “Qualified and valid Transactions” includes all Metrobank Mastercard credit card transactions at any merchants during The Metrobank Travel Fair from February 20 to 22, 2026 with at least PHP 10,000 minimum single-receipt spend, regardless if its straight retail or 0% installment or Shop Now, Pay Later.

18. “Non-Qualified Transactions” includes all transactions and merchants that are not in the participating merchants of The Metrobank Travel Fair.

18. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the incentive, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cashback shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
